Are you not satisfied with your order, or did you order the wrong size? No problem! You can return or exchange your order within 30 days.

RETURNING in 4 easy steps

Step 1: Send an email to info@palmmode.com and our team will send you a return form. Please read the terms on the return form carefully before sending the product back to our sorting center.

Step 2: Complete the return form fully.

Step 3: Send your order to the address indicated on the return form. Send the items along with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Make sure the package has a Track & Trace code.

Step 4: Once we have received the package, we will ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 5 days.

EXCHANGING in 4 easy steps (for size questions)


Step 1: Send an email to info@palmmode.com with your order number and the size you want for the product in the correct size. You will then receive a return form that you can use to return the wrong product.

Step 2: Complete the exchange form.

Step 3: Send your order to the address indicated on the exchange form. Send the items along with the completed exchange form to the address indicated on the exchange form. Make sure the package has a Track & Trace code.

Step 4: Once the package has been sent to the address indicated on the exchange form, we will send you the correct size FREE OF CHARGE.

EXCHANGING in 4 easy steps (for damaged products)

Step 1: Send an email to info@palmmode.com with photos or a short video of the defective/damaged product you received, and briefly explain the issue with the product.

Step 2: Once we have received photos/videos of the received product, our team will validate the product.

Step 3: When the validation is successful, our team will send you a FREE replacement order.

Step 4: Finally, our customer service team will provide you with the new tracking information for your free replacement order so you can track its status.
