We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide
Delivery with DAO, DHL, Royal Mail, Australia Post, Canada Post, GLS, Posti, NZ Post, DPD, Inpost, CorreosChile, Nova Poshta, Emirates Post, Poșta Română, Poste Italiane & UPS.
Once you have placed your order, it takes 1 to 2 working days to process it, and it will be delivered to you within 2 to 4 days. On weekdays it takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.
We strive to ship all orders received before 12:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Time on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next working day.
How to order
To order one of our products from palmos-mode you must first add the product you want to order to the shopping cart on the product page. You do this by clicking the green "Add to cart" button.
It is important to check that you have selected the correct parameters. If everything is correct, click the "Secure payment" button. On the information page, enter the correct address data. Once this information is entered correctly, you can click the "Checkout" button.
On the "Shipping" page, you can reconfirm the address data you have entered. You will also see that all shipments are delivered free of charge. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed to checkout by clicking the "Go to checkout" button.
You can choose from different payment methods. At palmos-mode all payment methods are SSL encrypted, which means you can always count on a secure payment environment.

Once you have chosen the right payment method, click the "Go to checkout" button, and you will be redirected to the secure payment environment for your chosen payment method. Follow the instructions on this page to complete your order. If you have trouble completing your order, you are always welcome to contact us.
Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Then of course you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we almost always deliver your order the same day. The average delivery time for your order is therefore 15 working days. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has been shipped. You can then track the progress of your order yourself on our "My order" page.

Free, risk-free delivery
Your package is sent with insurance and tracking code. So there is no risk when you order from our website. You do not have to worry about hidden fees or shipping costs, as all deliveries are completely free.
Returns
Once your order has been delivered, you have at least 30 days to try the scooter. If you are not satisfied, simply return the product without giving any reason. Please note that the product must be in new condition. Do you have questions about our return policy? Please see the page to the right of the cancellation page. Return to sender
If the package is delivered to your home or dropped off at a post office, has palmos-mode paid for the delivery of the package. If the package is not received or not picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the sender, and we have the right to deduct 15 euros from the refund you will receive.
Damaged or defective products (faulty products).
Unfortunately, it can happen that your order is damaged during delivery. As a customer, you naturally cannot do anything about it. In this case, please contact our customer service department immediately by sending an email to info@palmos-mode.com. Please take pictures of the complaint and attach them to the email.
You cannot return the product without sending us the pictures. Unfortunately, we will not be able to find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service team will process your message as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best possible solution.
Please note that if the customer refuses delivery or does not pick up the order within the specified time (usually 5 to 7 days), we (the retailer) are not responsible for the refused delivery/uncollected package and cannot issue any refund.
