Delivery policy

We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact our customer service.

We offer free delivery on all orders in Denmark, Polska & the United Kingdom.

Delivery with DAO, Royal Mail & Poczta Polska
Once you have placed your order, it will take 1 to 2 working days to process it and it will be delivered to you within 2 to 4 days. On weekdays it takes a working day, but if you order a Friday night or weekend, it can take a little longer.

We aim to ship all orders received before 1 p.m. 12.00 (GMT+01.00) Central European time, same day. Orders placed after 7 p.m. 12.00, on weekends or holidays will be treated the next working day.

How to order
To order one of our products from Palmos mode If you first need to put the product you want to order in the shopping cart on the product page. You do this by clicking on the green button "Lay in basket".

It is important to check that you have chosen the right parameters. If everything is correct, click the "Secure Payment" button. On the information page, enter the correct address data. Once this information is entered correctly, you can click the "Checkout" button.

On the "Shipment" page, you can re -confirm the address data you have entered. You will also see that all shipments are delivered for free. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now go to the box by clicking the "Go to the box" button.

You can choose between different payment methods. With Palmos mode Are all payment methods SSL encrypted, which means you can always count on a secure payment environment.

Once you have selected the correct payment method, click the "Go to the box" button and you will be redirected to the secure payment environment for your selected payment method. Follow the instructions on this page to complete your order. If you have trouble completing your order, you are always welcome to contact us.

Have you found the perfect look or accessories on our website? Then of course you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! Therefore, we almost always deliver your order the same day. The average delivery time for your order is therefore 15 working days. You will receive an e-mail from us as soon as your order is shipped. You can then keep track of how it goes with your order on our "My Order" page.

Free, risk -free delivery
Your package will be sent with insurance and tracking code. So there is no risk when ordering from our website. Don't worry about hidden fees or shipping costs as all deliveries are completely free.

Return
Once your order has been delivered, you have at least 30 days to try the scooter. If you are not satisfied, simply return the product without specifying any reason. Note that the product must be in new condition. Do you have any questions about our return policy? Please see the page on the right of the cancellation page. If you need personal help, feel free to contact us.

Return to sender
If the package is delivered to your home or handed over at a post office, have Palmos mode paid for delivery of the package. If the package is not received or not picked up by the post office, it will automatically be returned to the sender and we have the right to withdraw 15 euros from the refund you will receive.

Damaged or faulty products (defective products).
Unfortunately, your order may be damaged during delivery. As a customer, of course, you can't do anything about it. In this case please contact our customer service department immediately by sending an e-mail to info@Palmos mode.com. Please take pictures of the complaint and attach them to the email.

You cannot return the product without sending us the pictures. Unfortunately, we will not be able to find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service team will process your message as soon as possible and collaborate with you to find the best possible solution.

Please note that if the customer refuses delivery or does not pick up the order within the specified time (usually 5 to 7 days), we (the dealer) are not responsible for the refused delivery/unclaimed package and cannot issue any refund.
