To keep our prices as low as possible for you, Palmos-mode delivers products directly from our warehouse. Therefore, delivery can take a little longer than you are used to. It takes about 1-2 working days to process your order. The average delivery time in worldwide is 2-4 working days.
Q. I have exceeded my delivery date, what is the status of my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered on time. Unfortunately, orders can be delayed. Have you waited 3 days longer than the original delivery time and still not received your order? Please send an e-mail to: info@palmos-mode.com.
Q. How much does delivery cost?
When you order from Palmos mode, you always get free delivery.
Q. How can I pay for my order?
Palmos mode always offers secure payment. We use the most widespread payment services: Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Look
Q. I am missing some products. How can it be possible?
Some orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, the products you order can come from different suppliers. If you order more than one product at a time, they may not be delivered at the same time.
Don't worry, your order is on the way. The rest of your order will usually be delivered within 2 to 4 working days.
Q. What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
Unfortunately, it is possible that your order will be damaged during delivery. As a customer, of course, you can't do anything about it. In this case please contact our customer service department immediately by sending an e-mail to info@palmos-mode.com Please take pictures of the complaint and attach them to the email.
You cannot return the product without sending us the pictures. Unfortunately, we cannot find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service team will process your message as soon as possible and collaborate with you to find the best possible solution.
This is the case if you have purchased the wrong product if it does not suit you or if you no longer wish.
