To keep our prices as low as possible for you, palmos-mode delivers products directly from our warehouse. Therefore, delivery may take a little longer than you are used to. It takes about 1-2 working days to process your order. The average delivery time worldwide is 2-4 working days.

Q. I have exceeded my delivery date, what is the status of my order?

In most cases, orders are delivered on time. Unfortunately, orders can be delayed. Have you waited 3 days longer than the original delivery time and still not received your order? Please send an email to: info@palmos-mode.com.

When you order from palmos-mode, you always get free delivery.

Q. I am missing some products. How is that possible?

Some orders are sent in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, the products you order may come from different suppliers. If you order more than one product at a time, they may not be delivered simultaneously.

Don't worry, your order is on its way. The rest of your order will usually be delivered within 2 to 4 working days.

Q. What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?

Unfortunately, it is possible that your order gets damaged during delivery. As a customer, you naturally cannot do anything about it. In this case, please contact our customer service department immediately by sending an email to info@palmos-mode.com. Please take pictures of the complaint and attach them to the email.

You cannot return the product without sending us the pictures. Unfortunately, we cannot find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service team will process your message as soon as possible and work with you to find the best possible solution.

This is the case if you have purchased the wrong product, if it does not fit you, or if you no longer want it.
